Bufferglitch encompasses the work of Ivo Ivanov, best known for his vast creative contributions as the founder of the audio company Glitchmachines.

As a professional sound designer and content provider with a specialization in abstract electronic sounds and Foley, Ivo has also worked with a multitude of other companies including Ableton, Native Instruments, Tiptop Audio, Twisted Tools, SoundMorph, Unfiltered Audio, Audio Damage, Inear Display, K-Devices, Skywalker Sound, Signal Space Lab, Soundsnap, Plugin Boutique and Splice Sounds.

In the early 90s, Ivo submerged himself in audio technology and eventually earned a reputation among peers as a synthesizer and electronic music production expert. In 2000, he was hired to tour the U.S. with Reprise Records’ Snake River Conspiracy. Following his experimental concept album on Detroit Underground Records, Ivo self-published five releases created entirely on his modular system.

In 2005, Ivo gained recognition for his hand-painted circuit-bent hardware instruments, custom-built for Richard Devine, Trent Reznor, Justin Meldal-Johnsen and others. His visual craft extended into the digital domain, with a specialization in 3D motion graphics , hard surface modeling and data visualization. He is responsible for all aspects of visual identity, branding, product and UI design at Glitchmachines.
